1. Cancellation Policy
PassportPhotoIndia.in provides instant digital photo processing services. Once a user uploads a photo and processes it using our editor, the service is considered consumed.
As a digital service provider, we do not offer a "cancellation" option once the processing has begun or the final image has been downloaded. Users are free to abandon the process at any time before payment or final download without any charge.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we generally do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed and the digital product (passport photo) has been delivered/downloaded.
Exceptions for Refunds:
- Technical Failure: If you were charged but the system failed to generate or deliver your photo.
- Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
In such cases, please contact us at passportphotoindia@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will verify the issue and process a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the output quality, please try reprocessing the image for free. If the issue persists, contact our support team before making any payment (if applicable).
